What is La Rentrée?
The "rentrée" is the period of the year when school starts again after the summer break (or the winter break in the Southern Hemisphere). It usually occurs in France and in Europe around September 1. It usually means students change grades or classes and teachers. It's a great time for bargains and low prices for all consumers.

School supplies, clothes, computers, iPhones, smart phones, laptops, iPads, notebooks, video games, home furnishings, lawn and garden supplies, gym memberships, subscriptions, movie tickets and more are all on sale - often with the best prices of the year. Discounts and great sales everywhere online and in the stores, supermarkets and malls. The competition is fierce! This is also the time of the year when TV stations change their programming and introduce new shows.
